Just purchased a Burrito at this restaurant at 3:09:34 PM 08/07/2023 a take out - ordered at the front desk and waited seated for my order. Drove home and began eating this Burrito and after the 2nd or 3rd bite began to vomite everything in my stomach. Feeling very nauseas have been vomiting off and on for well over an hour now. Placed all that I had receved in the bag they had given me and first trough in in the trash but now have this bag in my refrigerator. Have taken pictures of it and my receipt. Want to report this incident to local health agency or official? In hopes of preventing this to happen to someone else... | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

It takes at least 2 hours before food poisoning sets in. You may just have a bug or 24 hour flu.

Hi, thanks for your comment. TIP: Foodborne diseases, in general, refer to more than 250 kinds of disease-causing germs. In the majority of people with mild to moderate symptoms of food poisoning (viral and bacterial), symptoms may resolve in about 24 to 48 hours and there is no additional medical treatment needed. But food poisoning can also take more than a few days or even weeks to resolve. Additionally, you can get sick from food that quickly. TIP: If the contamination is chemical or physical, symptoms can start within minutes. If it is biological contamination, it can start as fast as 30 minutes (e.g. Staph). Other types of contamination can take longer, it all depends on what it was, but it can be fast.
