High Priority - Pesticide/insecticide labeled for household use only present in establishment. Observed bugs spray inside kitchen area.
High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed approximately 5 live roaches crawling on to go containers, also 1 live roach crawling inside white cooler, cooler did not contain food.
High Priority - Roach excrement and/or droppings present. Observed approximately 25 roach droppings around to go containers in shelf in kitchen.
