Persistent Symptoms Post-Travel - Hotel, Makati Metro Manila

I fell ill and had all the above symptoms, diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, chills and fever. It has been 7 days and I have left El Nido but symptoms persist. I was given antibiotics but my diarrhoea have not improved. I did urine test and there was blood in my urine. But was never given medication. I was also told there might be parasites in my stomach but was never given medicine for it | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
