Family Sick After Dining - El Rincon Restaurant - Big Bear, Big Bear Lake California

10 months ago reported by user-djhkm272 business

El Rincon Restaurant - Big Bear, Big Bear Boulevard, Big Bear Lake, CA, USA

42011 Big Bear Boulevard, Big Bear Lake, 92315 California, United States

We visited this restaurant on Saturday and it was the worst mistake we could have made. Upon arriving we all rushed to the bathroom which were anything but pretty looking with dirty walls and a horrendous smell which should've been our first sign to pack up and head somewhere else. But as anyone else we decide to give this place a try. The food was flavorless the beans had bubbles and looked as they were expired. The horchata was watered down with who knows what but it barely tasted like anything. Now two days later and my whole family is fighting food poisoning myself included while 12 weeks pregnant!!!!!! I had to go to the ER because I could hold anything down just vomiting and diarrhea!!!!! Please avoid this place at all costs these reviews have to be bought out because there is no way this place has 4.5 stars when the place didn't even look clean. Will be reporting this to the city of big bear because this is completely unacceptable. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Spent $260 dollars for my whole family to get food poisoning including my 5 year old niece! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
