On Saturday the 9th of August I decided to use Instacart for my shopping. I ordered 2 chicken burritos from the stores taqueria. After eating I have been very sick. I also gave my dog and cat some of the chicken and they are also sick vomitng and both have diarrhoea. I have vomited twice but feel horrible. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
