In-flight meal EK345 Emirates Symptoms of food poisoning started 12 hours after eating in-flight meal of perch fish which once half eaten realised the underside of pieces didn’t appear well cooked. Symptoms include diarrhoea, muscle aches, fever. Flight was on 26th Sept 2019 . | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Muscle Pain
