Had the lamb shank main on the set menu for Mother's Day. Ate it at around 9.30pm.Went home, was in bed around 11pm. At around 12am I woke myself up by projectile vomiting all over myself, my bed, down the hallway, in the bathroom and finally in the toilet where I vomited at least 3 more times. Huge gushing vomits. Followed by diarrhoea when I woke up later that morning at around 7am. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea
