I drank Half a bottle of stawberry coconut water on 10/29/2025 with a beat by date of 10/29/2025. Shortly after drinking I felt slightly nauseous. 3-4 hours after drinking I had sever stomach cramps and projectile diarrhea. 10 hours after drinking was the last of the diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps

This is coconut milk, not coconut water. Coconut milk has a laxative effect. Most likely not food poisoning
