Additional Information: I ate at the Factory in Bottrop in the evening, the second time for myself after more than 5 years. The next day after in the early morning, severe diarrhea and nausea began. Thanks to the Vomex and lots of sleep until evening, I made it through it without vomiting. In the evening, after massive diarrhea throughout the day, I felt much better and everything was back to normal the next day. I have a big suspicion that it's coming from there, as I only had breakfast that day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
