Ordered a 3 meal combo yesterday for lunch while at work, while eating noticed it tasted somewhat off and the pineapple in the sweet and sour sauce was rancid.
Within 2 hours felt stomach cramping and nausea, by the time I got home from work I had severe diarrhea and vomiting, with cold chills the entire night along with stomach cramps. Ended up missing work today due to the severity of the illness and being dehydrated. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
