Ordered 2 pizzas ate some for dinner and then for breakfast. That afternoon it started with stomache aches then diarrhea for 8 hours now. In the waste I see mushrooms from the pizza. My son had the pizza in his lunch and when picked up from school had a headache and was tired. Came home he wouldn't eat and went to bed. He is also complaining about his neck hurting. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
