I had a small tofu burrito with all the fixings. Did abit of shopping. On my way home i felt sick - fever and headache when I got home, I went to lay down soon after, I had to go to the bathroom as I was puking and diarrhea. Today I still feel i'm a bit nauseous and still have a fever | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
