Got the ultimate, around noon on Aug 9th 2017 and so did my coworker. He started to feel I'll with an hour with fever chills and upset stomach. About 9pm that same day it hit me like a ton of bricks with chills, nausea, diarrhea and general feeling of yuck. Going to be a long time before I go back to that place. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Chills, Fever
