Ate 2 out of 3 chicken tacos. Something seemed off so I didn't finish. Ate at 8pm. At midnight I awoke with the strong desire to empty my bowels, as well as throw the entire dinner up. No sleep due to fever, shaking, and extreme joint and muscle pain. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
