Rodent infestation. An inspector visited in response to a complaint that someone saw a rodent running out and back into the restaurant through the front door. According to the inspector, the owner said the complaint must’ve come from a disgruntled employee. However, the inspector found a live mouse on a sticky trap and “excessive” droppings under food storage racks, under the dishwashing machine and sink and around coolers.
