On 3rd December, ordered McDonald's at 16:30 from Carlton Centre, Lincoln. Arrived 17:55. Daughter had sudden onset diarrhea at 7:30am (no pre-symptoms) on 4th December followed by severe stomach cramps and nausea with fear of vomiting. She had eaten a Filet-o-fish sandwich. No preparation information on the item either. Just an empty label. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
