On April 4, 2018, We ate at Fishtales (downtown Bay Area O.C. at approx. 6:00 p.m.. After dinner, my stomach started hurting when we arrived home at our resort. I stated feeling nauseated and By 10:00 p.m. I was vomiting with severe diarrhea. This went on throughout the night straight through the afternoon of today April 5th 2018. I would have went to the E.R.but I was so dizzy, I could,t stop vomiting to get in the car | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
