Flight Crew E. coli Outbreak - Five Guys,

I'm a flight attendant. Ate there on Thrs the 22nd Aug around 7pm and the next day, within 4 hrs, got sick 5 times, while I was working. Paramedics met the flight and took me to the hospital. ER dr said it was e-coli. Since I've mentioned this, I've had 2 other friends tell me they've gotten sick at 5 Guys as well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
