Five Guys
I felt nausea shortly after eating at Five Guys. This was followed by a night filled with vomiting, high fever (over 38), dizzy spells, weakness, and unable to keep anything down. I ended up at the hospital and hooked up to an IV to get back on my feet. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Dizziness
