Frequent D&V After Burger - Five Guys, Kansas City Kansas

I had ordered from this particular store 50+ times. On Saturday, October 7th, around 1:30pm I placed an order for one double burger. It was the only meal I had that day & after waking up for a nap around 8pm, I began suffering from intestinal pressure/issues. Which then lead to frequent diarrhea and vomiting for about 30 hours. I am still going through gastrointestinal issues, but was able to finally keep down a meal. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas
