Dinner at Forty Arches Tavern in Boyne Falls Michigan - I got sick within an hour of eating. I have been sick for 4 days. The most extreme symptoms lasted 23 hours. My husband got sick 3 days after I did with the same symptoms. No flu like aches and pains, no cold symptoms either. We feel it was food poisoning because the symptoms were localized to our stomach and intestines. It was miserable. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
