Yesterday at 5:30 PM I ordered a combo of 3 tacos, potatoes and ice cream with Coca Cola Zero. At night I started feeling sick and today when I arrived at work at 1:30 PM, I found that I had a low fever of 38°C, chills, incapacitating headache and stomach pain/nausea. I drank ENO (fruit salts) and Benoron for the headache and after 10 minutes I vomited everything I had eaten the day before. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache, Fever, Chills, Nausea
