Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, other: OtherSuspected source: Prepackaged Cob Salad from grocery store
Onset: Between 30 minutes and 1 hour.
Duration: Continuing...Vomiting/Diarhea for at least an hour. GI Symptoms still present ~18 hours later. Called out from work after back in the bathroom. Diarhea continuing after 18 hours. Covid test negative.
Sick: Just me.
Additional information: I took pictures of the packaging, and I have 2 salads (Cob and Cesar - same info) still in the fridge...Best if used by 01/18/2023, TFPM006B43, P-34013, Romaine: YUMA Eaten within ~7 hours after purchased. Immediately refrigerated upon returning home within 30 minutes. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
