Sewage overflow. All of the restaurant’s floor sinks were overflowing, with water from one of them running into the walk-in cooler when the handwashing sink was drained. The manager said a plumber had come by and was supposed to be back later that day. The inspector also noted that the restaurant’s health permit had expired in February. This was the restaurant’s second consecutive B grade, and it was temporarily shut down last April because of a cockroach infestation.
