Additional information: Did feel fatigued days before with a swollen throat. I got violently ill vomiting and diarrhea and was almost hospitalized after eating at here Monday March 13 2023 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
