Miniwheats destroys my guts. If I eat one bowl it's a guaranteed crappy (literally) day with excessive gas, bloating, nausea, and of course, explosive diarrhea. What has changed with this cereal? I used to eat a lot of it with no issues, but now it puts me through a living hell. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Bloating, Gas
