I started eating these for breakfast for a couple days, and ended up with over a week of indigestion and diarrhea. I went a couple of days only eating fiber and gut friendly foods to help settle my stomach, then without realizing these were the cause, I had another one only to be greeted with intense stomach pain within an hour. Now that I know they were the cause I'll be steering clear | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Indigestion, Stomach Pain
