Had Southwest BLT sandwich several hours later vomiting that lasted all night with fever for a day. Also had extreme fatigue. Cant be certain if stomach virus or food poisoning but just ate there before this happened. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Fatigue
