Dirty Slushy Machine Alert - Gelateria Monet, Dolceacqua Liguria

14 year old and 11 year old were violently ill after having yellow slushy drinks. We reported this to the business and they apologised and promised they would shut the machine down. 2 hours later we passed and saw a child consuming a yellow slushy, they had not taken our concern onboard. The machine is visibly dirty with black gunk inside. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
