Norovirus, E.coli in Chicken - Gerber chicken burgers from grocery store, White Bear Lake Minnesota

Gerber chicken burgers from grocery store, White Bear Lake, MN, USA

White Bear Lake, Minnesota, United States

I ate Gerber chicken burgers and cooked, canned green beans for a late dinner. Started vomiting, diarrhea and had trouble walking. I hurt all over. I thought I'd die. It lasted 2 days. I was ok for one day and got diarrhea again. Sent a sample to health dept and I had norovirus and pathogenic E.coli. I cooked the burgers thoroughly but noticed allot of white substance coming out after cooking. The burgers took a while to solidify so I cooked them longer. They tasted good! I haven't been able to identify what for sure caused it but I am a super sensitive person when it comes to any toxin. I'm like a canary in the coal mine....it gets me first. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Body Ache
