Had the standard German doner kebab with 3 sauces . Started getting severe stomach cramps the next day. Had to attend the A&E department. I am now on two different antibiotics. Actually thought I was going to die. The pain was so severe I was given morphine. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps
