All eight members of the family who ate lunch developed the same gastrointestinal signs and symptoms that included fever, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting after after a few hours when we arrived home. We ordered several entrees so we can never point out which one in the menu that were served to us were either contaminated or infected. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas
