E. Coli from Breakfast Sandwich - GetGo Gas Station, New Stanton Pennsylvania

On June 8th around 10am ate a Get Go breakfast sandwich (bacon egg and cheese croissant.). A headache started in the evening followed by severe nausea, vomiting, body aches, abdominal pain. I was hospitalized on June 9th and tested positive for E-Coli. Still hospitalized and receiving treatment as of June 16th. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Body Ache
