Activa probiotic dailies strawberry flavor, Within three hours of consuming the Activia yogurt I stomach cramps, nausea, diarrhea and regret. I’m always good about checking expiration dates and this batch was not expired. It is tainted by an issue with the manufacturer because I’ve never had a problem with yogurt before. Activia needs to fully review their Food Defense Plan and needs a thorough inspection by FDA. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

I'm from Germany and ate Kirsch Activa yogurt yesterday. Less than 5 minutes later, I felt so bad from now on that it was already worrying. I had episodes of heat and cold, the entire gastrointestinal tract began to remore and at the same time I started vomiting violently until late at night, realizing that I had eaten the yogurt at around 12:00 the day before. What was funny was I had no diarrhea, only vomiting and a more than funny feeling in the intestines, up to cramps that went down to the sides like appendix. I didn't have that at all with this yogurt a few years ago, this problem. To be honest, I don't dare to eat a second one either. Unfortunately, I can't recommend Activa more, it was an experience like hell.
