Late Night Salad Illness - GIOIA Pizzeria, Berkeley California

Got some slices this evening close to closing time - also grabbed a salad. 10 minutes after I had the salad, I got diarrhea and felt incredibly nauseous, feverish, and have a pounding headache.
I’d not eaten since the afternoon and had been fine up until the salad.
