I had the Chicken Penang Bang on Saturday August 31st. I recall the chicken having an unusual chewy texture and being slightly red inside. Against my own better judgement, I did eat the whole dish. About three days later, I awoke with severe abdominal cramping and diarrhea that lasted over a week until I went to the doctor. Tests showed that I had campylobacteriosis, which most often comes from poorly handled chicken. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
