Stir fry. My son and several friends met for dinner on 3/10/2020 on the campus (they all live off campus but get together for dinner on occasion because they have money in their campus food account). Four of them had the stir fry. All four of them had a combination of severe stomach pains, vomiting and diarrhea the morning of 3/11/2020. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
