All-Inclusive Meal Illness - Grand Muthu Forte da Oura, Albufeira Faro

I stayed here from 16th - 19th all inclusive. I was ill on the 17th after eating the night before but was worse the following day / night. Constant throwing up and diarrhea. Came back home, went to the doctors, and was diagnosed with food poisoning. Worst all inclusive food I've ever had. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
