Ordered "Simple Thai" on door dash. Didn't realize it was just the name for their Thai menu on Doordash. I've been inside restaurant and the place is old, dirty, and unkempt. Wouldn't have ordered from them had I known. Symptoms: I had chills throughout the night, vomited twice, and had to stay home from the work the next day as the food made me incredibly nauseous for over 24 hours. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
