My son ate lucky charms for breakfast. Shortly after he didn’t feel well so we left the resort and later that night he began vomiting then he developed diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Norovirus is going around in our area Manteca, Lathrop, Tracy. It is a common 24 hour stomach bug causing similar symptoms to what you described.
