Husband and daughter sick after eating green seedless grapes. Ate around 630pm, sick starting at 10pm

Husband brought grapes home- 3.5yo and him had some at 630pm (like big handful) daughter threw up at 10:30pm and husband shortly after. I didn’t have grapes and don’t feel nauseous. We had 3 guests over who didn’t eat grapes and feel fine. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
