Severe Illness Post-Meal - Grill'd Miranda, Miranda New South Wales

Ate around 12pm. Fever of 38.5 degrees celsius right after. I experienced dizziness, shortness of breath and the night of, i started vomiting, with bad diarrhoea. shortly after i fell severely dehydrated i was admitted into hospital for the night (stayed overnight) and was put on 3 bags of drip. severe stomach pains. now a day later, stomach pains persist... and i can not eat a thing!!!! don’t go here!!!!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Dizziness, Shortness of Breath
