I ate lunch at Gringo's Restaurant on Tuesday, August, 2nd between 12-12:30pm. Shortly around 3:30 my upper stomach started to hurt. After 4:30 pm until 10:00pm that night I vomited and had diarrhea. I chills and fever. I stayed home Wednesday I was very week, still going to the bathroom and a headache all day. Today, Thursday I still don't feel well. This is only place that I ate that day. This is why I think I got food poison there. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness, Stomach Pain, Chills
