BLT Salad Illness Report - H-E-B, Baytown Texas

2 years ago reported by user-wbdx5719 business

H-E-B, Garth Road, Baytown, TX, USA

6430 Garth Road, Baytown, 77521 Texas, United States

Husband eats Taylor Farm’s salads for lunch at work a few times a week. I purchased the same Taylor Farm’s BLT salad from here. He got violently ill after eating this salad on Monday 2/1/2022. He saw a doctor and told her what happened and his symptoms. She said she believed it’s food poisoning and prescribed him an antibiotic & Zofran for nausea. He is still weak, nauseous and pale and taking his course of antibiotics. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness

Many of the bagged salads have listeria going around. I would avoid them for now.
