Last night after my chicken pot pie Marie calendars chicken pot pie 7/09/2023 was the last time both my husband and I had a chicken pot pie & we both suffered severe diarrhea, nausea & headache for 6 days following eating it. I ate another last night on 7/30/2023 & I was up all night with nausea & diarrhea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Headache

AFter eating a MC Chicken pot pie on Sunday Sept 3. I got sick and found to have Salmonella in my urine culture. I again tried to eat another one tonight on Thursday Sept 7.and had a fever. I bought these at COSTCO in Katy Texas. at I-10 and SH-99. Had diarrhea on Sunday night. My Doctor was surprised to see the culture grow salmonella. This is my first salmonella infection. I bought the MC Potpies on August 11. I was heating the pies in the microwave. I used to cook these in the oven for a longer period of time.
