Halloumi Illness: Severe Symptoms - Halloumi sandwich, England

Ate halloumi sandwich- tasted fine, approx 1230pm 15/07/23. Started feeling unwell approx 4hrs later. Diarrhoea and stomach cramps, aching and mild temp, followed by fainting & vomiting at 0230hrs. Still unable to eat almost 24hrs later/still Aching (covid test negative!) therefore suspect it might be the halloumi. Edit: 3pm the next day symptoms drastically reduced | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Fever, Stomach Pain
