I ate one of those coconut flake covered donuts yesterday that a coworker brought. It had a kind of funny aftertaste I couldn’t quite place but I was super hungry so I ate it. Our security guard also ate a donut from there. Today she reported feeling ill. I started having diarrhea and stomach pain around noon today. I had some of the most foul gas in the world last night but no other symptoms. Today I started feeling light headed almost out of body feelings which is horrible feeling. I had to sit down because I was afraid I’d fall over. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Gas
