Undercooked Burger Causes Illness - Hard rock cafe, Porto Porto

It happened on early evening of 23 April 2026 when I was served a lukewarm cheese burger which turned out to be cold and very uncooked in the centre. I should have sent it back but I left it too late until I discovered how bad it was. I complained at the end but this was not taken seriously by the server. I the just wanted to get out of the place. I was diagnosed as having Compulobacter bacteria and I’ve had very severe diarrhoea from 26/27 April until 1/2 May. I still don’t feel right today (4 May) but diarrhoea has eased. A horrible experience. I am 99% certain that burger was the cause and - from the information I provided - my GP agreed. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
