Salad Bought a salad also had a couple slices of pizza, within am hour ifelt terrible within 2 hrs I was violently throwing up . Been up and down all night throwing up. Feel aweful. have a headache today and I still don't feel well though the violent heaves have subsided. Sleeping mostly today. Could not work of course but hoping to return tomorrow. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
