Slippery Floors, Poor Hygiene - Hibachi, Roanoke Virginia

So i went in on the night Jan 13th for my little sisters birthday. I am on crutches right there water all over these floors from where the waiters carry there drink around and the plates i slipped on the water and fell on the floor reminder im on crutches because i have a knee injury i slipped several times but only fell that once. The bathrooms are nasty there is water all over the floor in there all the trash cans in the bathroom are over flowing theirs toilet paper and paper towels every where and the floors look like they haven't been mopped or swept in months the food and the service was amazing but the quality of this restaurant is terrible.
